Owner Dave Evans’ first job on a construction site more than 20 years ago was on a restaurant build, and it made an impression. He felt there was something special about creating a public space for folks to relax and visit with family and friends.
Within a few short years, Dave’s electrical contracting business focused on wiring the commercial kitchens and dining halls of some of Southern California's famous eateries, such as SoupPlantation, IHOP, and many national-brand fast food establishments as well.
Now, as a general contractor, he specializes in building and remodeling the same kinds of restaurants he enjoyed working on as a young man. His hands-on experience with steel framing systems has helped make EVCO an easy choice for new construction, from fast food to fine dining.
